Chris White

Chris grew up around their mother’s community organizing in their hometown of Flint, Michigan which lead to their participation in social justice movements all over North America. They started their professional organizing career in 2002 and have worked in the labor movement, community organizing, and fair housing ever since. Chris has spent most of their career organizing in suburbs for regional equity. They strongly believe that if we’re going to come together as a society, it’s only going to happen if we can unite people across municipal and other invisible borders.
